Tips to Manage Facial Dryness

Gentle Cleansing: Use a mild, hydrating cleanser to cleanse the face, preferably one that is free of harsh chemicals or fragrances. Avoid hot water and opt for lukewarm temperatures instead.
Moisturise Regularly: Apply a moisturiser suitable for your skin type after cleansing to lock in moisture and restore the skin's natural barrier. Look for products with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, glycerin, or ceramides that help retain moisture.
Protect from the Elements: Shield your face from extreme weather conditions by wearing appropriate clothing, using hats or scarves, and applying a broad-spectrum sun protection with at least SPF30.
Avoid Irritants: Minimise exposure to harsh chemicals, fragrances, and alcohol-based products that can further dehydrate the skin. Opt for gentle, fragrance-free skincare products.
Exfoliate with Caution: If you exfoliate, choose gentle exfoliants and limit the frequency to avoid stripping away essential moisture. Over-exfoliation can worsen dryness.
